Information Center
Serves as a primary point of contact for customers in the Memorial Student Union and is responsible for all aspects of customer-service throughout the facility.
(Staff also maintains the copy corner, fax service and assist in various other guest services.) (This area is the nerve center for our operation.) (Union's lost and found.)

Aggie Underground
The Underground includes seven billiards tables, four bowling lanes, five coin operated video games, two game tables for checkers, chess and spades, two Sony Playstation 2 and two X-box 360 game systems and two table tennis tables.
Also, responsible for customer service, operating cash register, renting equipment, marketing, organizing (recreation programs including non-sports leagues and tournaments for the Aggie Underground.)

An area where commuter students are welcome to relax between classes, study in a quiet environment and watch the 52 screen television.

Aggie Escort Shuttle Service
Provides safe transportation for students between campus facilities using a mini-van, the base station located at the Information Desk receive calls from students who wish to use the service and dispatch driver to pick up passengers.
