I am an A&T student, Can I buy an Other Student ticket for my relative/friend?
As long as the person, no matter age or institution, you are buying the ticket for has a valid University I.D. for the institution they are enrolled and will have said student I.D. at the time of entry.
Can I have my tickets mailed to me?
Yes. Ticket orders placed either via internet or phone will be mailed to specified address as long as the order is received no later than 7 business days prior to event. Any orders placed less than 7 business days prior to event will be held for WILL CALL.
Can I place an order for tickets and pick them up in the office?
Yes. Any ticket orders placed may be held for pick up in the ticket office prior to the event. A valid, picture I.D. must be used to pick up tickets. Any tickets not picked up prior to the event will be carried to the event and may be picked up at WILL CALL.
Can I place an order for tickets and have someone else pick them up?
Yes. A designated person, specified by the person placing the order, may pick up any ticket orders placed. If the designated person arrives to pick up the ticket order and doesn't have proper picture I.D., the tickets will not be released to that person.
How soon can I pick up my ticket order at WILL CALL?
Ticket orders being picked up at WILL CALL may be picked up no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the gate/doors opening. A valid, picture I.D. is required to pick up any ticket orders being held at WILL CALL.
Can I place a reservation for tickets to an event?
No. The University Ticket Office doesn't take unpaid reservations. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express must pay for any orders taken via phone or internet.
How many tickets do you have to sell? How many do you have left?
These questions will not be answered. We will service you as best we can to fulfill your request with the inventory available.
Can I use the credit card I used to pay for the tickets as a means to pick up my ticket order?
No. Once an order has been processed the patron's credit card number is destroyed and not kept for future reference. A valid, picture I.D. is the only proper means to pick up a ticket order.
Can I use my AggieOne Card to buy tickets via the internet?
No. The only means of making purchase via the internet would be Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Can I use my AggieOne Card to buy tickets at the ticket office?
Yes, as long as the entire amount of the ticket is available on the card. Also, the funds available cannot be part of a meal plan.
