Telephone Lines

All of the telephone lines (i.e. 334, 256, etc.) are ordered through the Voice Communications Department.  Under the North Carolina State Contract, we are able to offer you the lowest installation and monthly AT&T charges in the State*  Please look below for information about costs and charges.

If you feel you are in need of an additional telephone line, here are some things to consider:

1.  Will I need it to work on my current phone?

2.  Is this for a modem, fax, or other type of equipment?

3.  Do I need a telephone jack for this line?

4.  What is the process for ordering one?

To begin the process for ordering a new Centrex Telephone Line, please fill out a Telephone Service Request and fax it to the Voice Communications Office.
