               1) Please pick up an Official Change of Major Form in either of the following locations:
                        a) the Registrar's Office (1st floor Dowdy Building)   
                        b) TCSS Main Office (312 Hodgin Hall)
                        c) the department office of your intended major
                        d) your Academic Counselor

                    2) Follow these steps to declare your major.
