1. Make an appointment (during preregistration there is a sign up list outside my office,
    or call for an appointment).
2. Bring the list of requirements and fill in your grades made in each, and mark your

3. If a recent transfer, bring list of what transferred.
4. Bring proposed schedule for next semester.
5. Please see me each semester to insure that you enroll in the correct courses in the
    correct sequence.
