  Brief Biography:  
Desireé McNair, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is currently a graduating Senior Biology major attending North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Since matriculating to NC A&T SU, she has tried to make her mark as a hardworking and dedicated student in and out of the classroom. She has completed two summer research programs and one medical preparatory program as an undergraduate student. In 2006, she was blessed to have received a summer research internship at NC A&T where she worked under the Dr. Stephanie Luster-Teasley in the Chemical and Bioengineering Department. She presented the research project at a total of three different conferences. Desireé served two consecutive terms as a Student Government Association Senator in the 38th and 39th Legislative Assemblies. She is currently serving as Speaker of the 40th Legislative Assembly and SGA Vice President of Internal Affairs. For Spring Break 2007, she traveled to Ghana with the A&T Honors Program! She hopes that the experiences she has taken advantage of at A&T will help her reach her academic goal of earning a Ph.D. in Public Health and ultimate career goal of helping to eliminate health disparities around the world.  
Plans for after college: I plan to matriculate to a prestigious graduate school to earn a Masters in Public Health and later a Ph.D. in public health. My dream is to aid in the elimination of health disparities through education and prevention.

Brief Biography: Marcus Bass is a Junior Business Education major with a Marketing Concentration. He is the 21 year old son of Horace and Debra Bass of Clinton NC. He attended Clinton High School where he was Senior Class president and an Honor Student. He is a 2005 recipient of the North Carolina Teaching Fellows Scholarship. While at NC A&T Marcus has been active in The Award Winning NC A&T Fellowship Gospel Choir, the Honors Program, NAACP, 39th Legislative Senate, Aggie Maniacs and was a Resident Assistant.
His motto is "If I am not for myself, who will be for me?

Brief Biography: Amina Cliette is a senior candidate for a Bachelor’s Degree in both Journalism & Mass Communications and African-American Studies, hailing from Durham, NC. Amina is the epitome of AGGIE PRIDE and AGGIE EXCELLENCE: honesty, respect, truth, love, and patience. She loves North Carolina A & T State University with all of her heart. Her passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the world guides her through life.
Plans for after college: Post commencement, Amina plans to attend Law School and aspires to become a judicial figure; making a positive impact on the world through justice.

“Investmint’ Accounting, “You can taste the savings” or VGS Accounting “Serving those who need help themselves,” are expressions of a dream to become a Certified Public Accountant. I continue to explore the art of financial freedom as my interest in math and money management grows. The next important step to become a CPA will be graduation from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and working for one of the bug four accouting firms while complete my master’s degree,

Brief Biography:
I am a junior Manufacturing Systems & Engineering major with a minor towards Operations Management.  I am from Copperas Cove, Texas and chose to attend A & T from an offered football scholarship.  I no longer play football, but not highly involved in university and community relations.   
Plans for after college:
Upon completion of my undergraduate career I plan to enter Corporate America as a Manufacturing Engineer focused towards Logistics, Research & Development or Operations.  Three to five years into my career I plan enter Graduate School to earn a MBA towards Public Relations or Industrial Engineering.  Ten years from now I plan to start a franchise towards a prosperous corporation.

Brief Biography: Being a first generation college student, I’ve come to realize that there is no limit on how much you can learn while in college. I’ve been given the opportunity to come to college, something that neither of my parents ever done; since I’ve been here, I’ve been involved in various organizations and community activities. I’ve gained leadership and social skills. I’ve become very dedicated to the student body, the community, and my personal aspirations.
 
 
Plans for after college: After I graduate, I plan obtain my Masters and a PhD to become a school psychologist, develop a non-profit organization for at risk youth, and open my own children and family psychology practice.

My name is Matthew Green. I am a Junior Graphic Communication Systems major with a concentration in Internet Integrated Technologies. I attended DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, MD. Some of my interest are drawing, painting, completing graphic design projects, and participation in athletic activities.

Upon graduating from North Carolina A & T State University I plan to enter a career in the federal government while pursing a Masters degree. While working I plan to freelance and create a small graphic design business and expand.
