Services


The division provides flexible services to enable the school's community to respond to the dynamic requirements of its mission, programs, and learning environment.

The technical support services:

  1. Provide technical and computer consultation and maintenance of the hardware, software and network infrastructure of the School of Education;
  2. Provide a suite of IT services and resources that enable the school to engage with the external educational communities and friends of the school.

The technical support service is managed by Mr. William Parker, computer technician and technical consultant . Supervised part-time staff members assigned by the school and/or university may also provide technical support services for the school. The services offered by the professional staff includes the following:

  • Technology Integration
  • Educational Software Evaluations/Recommendations
  • Software/Hardware Support
  • Video Conferencing (Distance Learning)
