Application Procedures

To apply for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management in the School of Business and Economics, an applicant must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and must submit:

1. The completed and signed Post Baccalaureate Studies program (PBS) application and pay the $45.00 non-refundable fee. To apply please click on this link.

2. An official or unofficial copy of college transcript(s) indicating completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

3. An immunization record to the Sebastian Health Center.

4. Students claiming in-state residence must submit the NC residence form.

Completed application packages for admission to the Fall semester must be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies by July 1. Applications for admission in subsequent semesters should be submitted by November 1 and April 1 for the Spring and Summer respectively.
