Enrollment Verification Request
Students may view and print their degree and enrollment verification letter on-line through Aggie Access. After logging in using your Student ID and PIN, click on Student, click Student Records, and select Request Enrollment Verification via the Clearinghouse Self-Service.
Pre-enrollment certificates will be available 3 weeks prior to the start of classes.
Enrollment verifications will be available two weeks after the start of classes.
Please note: Undergraduate students are considered full time if they are registered for at least 12 semester hours. Graduate students are considered full time if they are registered for at least 9 semester hours.
