Students
To obtain an enrollment verification letter, please print and fill out the Official Enrollment Verification Request form and either mail or fax it into the Office of the Registrar. The student's signature is required before processing. Students may also request an enrollment verification in person with a photo ID. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
