established a
process of directly
depositing refunds
into the student's
bank account. You
will no longer have
to wait in line or
visit the
Treasurer's Office
to pick up a refund
check. There are no
fees to enroll in
this service and
your refund amount
will not be reduced.
The process begins
when the student
completes the
authorization form
and delivers it to
the Treasurer's
Office. A voided
check from your bank
account must be
attached. Your name
and address must be
printed on the
check. The student
must present a
picture ID to
validate
authorization. Once
this information is
received by the
Treasurer's Office,
they will initiate a
pre-note process
that ensures all
bank account
information has been
entered correctly
(10 business days).
Once you have
established to
receive your refund
via direct deposit,
you will not have to
enroll each
semester.

service, please

at 336-334-7721 or
visit them in the
Dowdy Administration
Building, room 112
and fill out the
enrollment form.
Refunds to
students of tuition
and required fees
will be made during
the first five weeks
of the term. No
Refunds Will Be Made
After The Fifth Week
Of Classes.
Refunds are based
upon the percentage
below:
