Senior Psychology Comprehensive Exam Fall 2009 Graduating Seniors
As you know, all graduating seniors are required to take the Senior Psychology Comprehensive Exam in order to graduate. The purpose of this exam is to assess students’ knowledge of material covered in a variety of core psychology courses. If you wish to prepare for the exam, review the material from your Elementary Psychology (or General Psychology) textbook. Your performance on this exam will not affect your grade in any of your courses.
The exam will be given via a computer-based administration starting next week. The exam will be administered at five different times. The first administration is November 16th. The other dates are November 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th. You must sign up to take the exam during one of the designated administration times. To see a list of the times for administration and to sign up for the exam, visit the bulletin board across from the Psychology Department office on the third floor of the Science Building (room 360). If you have not already signed up to take the exam, please sign up for the exam as soon as possible.
Note: Your score on this exam will not prevent you from graduating.
