The Veteran Office at NCA&TSU is available to assist veteran's and veteran dependent students who wish to use their education benefits at the university. We serve as a liasion between the Department of Veteran Affairs and eligible students who wish to receive VA educational benefits.

Upon enrollment at NCA&TSU, eligible students who receive educational benefits must be certified through our office either in person, by telephone, or via email. |

Each student must complete the VA Enrollment Certification Request Form, which becomes a part of the student's permanent file in NCA&T State University's Veterans Office.

Personal identifiable information from your education record relevant to veterans’ benefits will be released to representatives of the Veterans Administration without your consent, upon their request.

You must agree to notify the University Certifying Official (UCO) any time there is a change in status due to:

- Increase or decrease in semester hours
- Withdrawal from the university
- Change in legal name or mailing address
- Any change that may be vital to your certification

Note: Failure to inform the UCO of your change may result in the delay in the processing of your claim for benefits. |
