Celebrating the 50th Sit-In Anniversary : A Spiritual Thanksgiving
 |
| February One is a tribute to the four A&T freshmen, Franklin McCain, Joseph McNeil, Ezell Blair, Jr. (Jibreel Khazan), and the late David Richmond, whose non-violent act against social injustice on February 1, 1960 enhanced the quality of life for minorities in this country. |
Join North Carolina A&T State University in Celebrating the 50th Sit-In Anniversary on January 29 – February 1, 2010. Activities include a luncheon, historical play, breakfast, commemorative march and much more. On hand for this momentous occasion will be the participants of the February One Sit-In, Jibreel Khazan, Franklin McCain, Joseph McNeil and a member of the late David Richmond Family. Join us in making this a Spiritual Thanksgiving.
