Governor Mike Easley has proclaimed May 4-10 as State Employee Recognition Week, and
Wednesday, May 7, as State Employee Appreciation Day.
Chancellor Stanley F. Battle will lead the University in thanking and honoring N.C. A&T employees during this celebration.
A&T has approximately 1800 employees.
An Ice Cream Social for A&T Employees will be held on Wednesday, May 7, from 3 to 5 p.m., Memorial Student Union Exhibit Hall. Members of the Cabinet and the Chancellor will be the "servers" for this event.
