Bachelor of Science in Mathematics
The Mathematics major must complete a minimum of 126 semester hours of University courses. These include 50 hours in mathematics courses.
Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics
The Applied Mathematics major must complete a minimum of 124 semester hours of University courses, including 44 hours in mathematics, 13 hours in physics and engineering, and 24 hours in an applications area.
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Secondary Education
The Mathematics Education major must complete a minimum of 125 semester hours of University courses. These include 44 hours in mathematics, and 25 hours in curriculum and instruction. Also, according to standards of the state, majors must earn a "C" or better grade in each mathematics course taken to fulfill the 44-hour mathematics requirement. All Teacher Education admission, retention and graduation standards apply.
