Dummies like this strike the conversation about taking certain people out of the gene pool:

Good day everyone! I do apologize for getting this email out a little late.
We had 9 undergraduates in attendance Sunday night at Dr. Lowery's house. Of course you can add High Mo and Doc to the list for a total attendance of 11 people.
The discussion began primarily with the announcement that Dustin Lupton (DD) would take on the role of High Alpha for the next couple of weeks. That is until we have formal nominations and elections to decide the new officers for the Fall of 2004.
We then moved into the discussion of meeting places and times. The meeting place is still being finalized but the times are: 6:45 for the executive board meeting and then 7:15 for the general meeting. Remember that the new office for the Multicultural Student Affairs (formerly Minority Student Affairs) is in Murphy Hall on the second floor in the office currently labeled as Student Support Services. We have the ENTIRE office (well, LCA, APO, and MSA).
Daniel (Moneybags) stated that our current finances are sitting at about $1776.00. Dues per month this semester and next are $20. Association and Initiation fees have remained the same but we will get back to every body about those costs as there are other things involved such as insurance. Daniel is setting up payment plans!
General Assembly:
We had three representatives attend the General Assembly in late July. Terrell (The Enforcer), Chris Lo (insert nickname), and Jonathan (insert nickname).
Recruitment Planning:
There is a retreat this Saturday. A couple people may be leaving on Friday. The rest will go down on Saturday. The retreat is intended to plan out this semester's recruitment/exposure activities. From what Daniel was saying, as many people can attend as we like. It is on a campsite. If more than 5 people attend, you will likely be sleeping in tents that may or may not be provided by Daniel. 5 and under, there is a trailer to sleep in if you are staying overnight. Catch up with Daniel Richardson if you wan to attend. His email is: djrichar@ncat.edu.
The baseball coach has expressed interest in our group! His team could be a good source of guys to recruit and he is a valuable resource. We all should meet the coach and perhaps some people from his team so we can build a relationship.
The food drive for this year officially starts in November, I believe Nov. 6. However, we can get started early collecting food and money and turn it all in at one time so that over time, we can perhaps match or even surpass the average for chapters across the US and Canada.
We created a couple of committees to help with several events that tie into the recruitment and exposure campaign for this Fall.
Shirt Design:
Chris Lo (Chair), Dustin Lupton, Alan Pipkin, Dave Eisenhardt
November 6 (target date) Car Show Committee:
Alan Pipkin, Terrell Brown, Daniel Richardson, and we're hoping Ben Edwards will jump on board.
We made some quick informal nominations for High Zeta Officers:
High Alpha: Terrell Brown
High Gamma: Dave Eisenhardt
High Tau: Daniel Richardson
High Iota: Michael McDaniel
High Beta: *OPEN*
High Kappa: Alan, Dustin
High Delta: Chris, Dustin
High Phi: Ben, Will, Dustin
High Rho: *OPEN*
The meeting ended with the passing of the Pedagogus so that everyone could speak and everyone did have something to say which is refreshing.
We do have a meeting this Sunday. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on where it will be.
Peace out!
Terrell Brown - Current High Gamma
