Important Information: A minimum of 82 hours must be outside mass communication, 67 of which is in liberal arts and sciences. A minimum grade point average of 2.5 is needed in mass communication.

Suggested Outside Classroom Activities: Media Network, Honors Program with grade point average of 3.5, directing video taping, producing for newscast and video productions in television studio. Performing, directing, producing for university and college productions, performing volunteer broadcast work for student organizations and local community, attending meetings and conferences affiliated with electronic media and journalism, see advisor.
