Our Events
GREETINGS,
North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University is honored to be hosting the Spring 2010 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference. We intend to unite students to engage in various seminars, competitions, and plant tours. We will also have a number of stimulating speakers for the listening pleasure of our visitors. While our focus for the weekend will be expanding our knowledge of industrial engineering, it is our hope that participants will enjoy our beautiful campus and experience the Greensboro Community we have grown to know and love. The NCAT Chapter of IIE extends invitations to all members of the Mid-Atlantic Region to include Clemson University, East Carolina University, Morgan State University, North Carolina A&T, North Carolina State University, South Carolina State University, Tennessee Tech University, University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Virginia Tech University, and West Virginia University.
Industrial Engineering is an emerging profession necessary to today’s work force. There is an increasing need for individuals with specialized skills who can visualize, plan, and organize complex systems. IE's play an intricate role in companies' ability to compete in a global market. NCAT is proud to do its part in producing capable problem solvers and looks forward to sharing our institution for the upcoming conference
