Driving
600 miles from the University of Michigan to attend graduate
school at North Carolina A&T was one of the longest road trips
I have ever taken! But
as I complete my semesters as an IE graduate student, I realize
that all of the gas, miles, and energy I used getting here, can
not compare to my experience here.
The individual attention and assistance that IE students
receive is astounding. I
certainly appreciate the
fact that the faculty and staff are very compassionate about
students needs. I
look forward to continuing my pursuit as a graduate student at one
of the best engineering schools in the country! |

I
am a doctoral student in North Carolina A & T's Industrial and
Systems Engineering Department.
I have had the privilege of attending two other
universities in pursuit of my Bachelor and Master of Science
degrees. Comparing
the universities, I am persuaded to say that North Carolina A & T out
performs them all. The
faculty and staff are caring.
The faculty has a general interest in your success not
only academically but also professionally.
The student-teacher-ratio is small enough to allow faculty
and student to have one-on-one interaction when needed in graduate
and undergraduate courses, something that is missing in larger
universities. As for
career opportunities, employers aggressively recruit all A &
T's engineering students. So
what are you waiting on, come join us.
Make a difference in life and those around you. |

| The
Industrial and System Engineering graduate program is very
nurturing. The courses are well organized to help students build
essential abilities for a variety of future careers. As a research
assistant, I am impressed by the department's devotion to research
and the availability of assistance from faculty members and staff.
I truly enjoy my study here. |
