Methods of Payment

All charges for Sebastian Health Center are posted in each service area. Certain costs may not be determined until further consultation and diagnoses are made.

Acceptable forms of payment for services are as follows:

• Cash
• Aggie One Card
• MasterCard, VISA, American Express ATM/Debit with valid identification
• Check with valid identification
• Charge to the patient's University account
