After-Hours Emergency Care

Students requiring medical care when the Health Center is not in normal operation should;

a. Notify Resident Hall Directors of their condition as soon as possible.

b. Resident Hall Directors should notify campus police and the Health Center of status of student(s). 

c. For emergencies after midnight, please call 911 or Campus Police at (336) 334-7675.

- 10 am - 9 pm

- 7 days/week                                                                                                                

d. Student medical condition that requires:             

-Being referred to Urgent Care/Hospital             

-Being transported to the Urgent Care/Hospital by EMS             

-Being transported to Urgent Care/Hospital by friends or family 

(Should forward written information from treating physician within 24-48 hours upon returning to campus.) 

e.  Students are responsible for any and all medical bills incurred for these outside services if notification was not reported.
