Director's Welcome                                Welcome to the webpage of the Sebastian Health Center on the beautiful campus of North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC.  The Health Center is an auxiliary service under the Division of Student Affairs.

As Executive Director, my job is to create and maintain a student-focused and student friendly health care setting. At the Student Health Center you will receive cost-effective, quality health care from fully trained and licensed professionals, certified in their respective fields. All professional staff undergo continuing education, as required by their professional licenses. 

Our purpose is to keep students healthy so that they can engage productively in the academic affairs at the University, improving academic performance and increasing retention. 

We are committed to providing students on our campus excellent  health care during their academic endeavors.  The Health Center staff works continuously to improve service delivery thorough clinical services, health education and promotion, auxiliary services and insurance needs.

In sickness and health, the Sebastian Health Center is committed to the concept of wellness. It is our intention that North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University students regard the health center as a wellness center as well as a place to seek care and treatment during illness.

The Sebastian Health Center seeks to advance and maintain the health of university students by altering or eliminating health-related obstacles and by empowering them to be self-directed in their individual care.

Our health services encompass a variety of medical and health education services to meet the university family's needs; should you want a flu shot, medical care, mental health assistance, women's health, help with dating violence, sexual health or weight control, we are here for you.
