A course-by-course transcript
evaluation must be requested by the applicant through one of two external
agencies; Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. (www.ece.org)
or World Education Services (www.wes.org).
Evaluations must be forwarded by the agency directly to the School of Graduate
Studies, 120 Gibbs Hall, North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC
