Visit Your Department

As a graduate student your department is central to your campus life. While there, meet the graduate coordinator, meet your advisor, find your mailbox, and complete any necessary paperwork.

Get Your AggieONEcard

All students, faculty, and staff members are issued an initial AggieONEcard from the ID Center (215 Memorial Student Union) at no charge. It serves as a door key in some locations, meal card, library card, and debit card on campus. If you open an account with Wachovia, it can also be used as an ATM card in all PLUS, NYCE, INTERLINK, and STAR, machines. There is a $20 replacement fee if you lose your card, paid to the Treasurer's Office. For more information, call (336) 334-7114 or go to http://www.ncat.edu/~card/.

Pay Your Bill
 

If you plan to apply for financial aid and have not submitted the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), please do so as soon as possible. The FAFSA can be completed on the web at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. For more information, call (336) 334-7973 or 1-800-443-0835 or visit http://www.ncat.edu/%7efinaid/.

Check your tuition/fee bill for the amount due and payment deadlines. Pay your tuition/fees, if applicable, at the Office of the Treasurer. If you do not receive a bill, contact the Office of the Treasurer. Failure to receive a bill will not be accepted as a reason for missing the payment deadline.

Get Your Books

The bookstore is available for you to pre-order your textbooks after you have received your class schedule. Visit them online at http://www.ncatbookstore.com/ to purchase your textbooks. For more information, call (336) 334-7593.

Get Your Parking Permit

All cars operated or parked on University property must have a valid parking permit. Students may purchase parking permits at the time of registration in the Parking Services Office located in the New Parking Deck, (336) 285-2027. The Parking Services Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any vehicle parked on University property, other than in metered spaces, must display a valid NC A&T SU parking permit. A parking permit for the year is $200, evening is $100, monthly is $50, weekly is $25, and daily is $5. Permits expire on August 31st of the year indicated on the permit.

Sign Up For Your Free NCAT Email Account
 

Apply for your email account by visiting the Aggie Help Desk located in the Bluford Library, by calling the Aggie Help Desk at (336) 334-7195, or by online registration at http://www.ncat.edu/accounts/request.php. Students will be required to present a valid University ID or a current validated picture ID, a Social Security number or student identification number, a personal identification number, and supply a challenge phrase for initial password recovery. Account information may be picked up from the Aggie Help Desk.
