Priority 1 - Emergencies
An emergency is any situation requiring immediate responsuch as danger to life, property or environment such as fire, utility outtage, broken water/sewer line, chemical spill.
Priority 3 - Routine Work
Scheduled/preventive maintenance work to be completed within 30 days of request or designated date (i.e. non-emergency tasks and repairs not covered in priorities 1 or 2.
Priority 4 - Backlog work
Work to be scheduled in accordance with appropriate funding and available personnel such as routine work that cannot be accomplished within 30 days of request.
