Get the Win32 binary (MSI Installer) for Apache 2.0.52 ("the best available version"). Don't worry about verifying the download unless you are going to use it commercially.

This page claims that the main motivation for Amaya is "to provide a framework that can integrate as many W3C technologies as possible," and that it demonstrates "these technologies in action while taking advantage of their combination in a single, consistent environment." But don't even think of using Amaya as your main browser.

This doesn't access the .xsd file as it should given
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="mySchema.xsd"
in the opening tag of the document element. So install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 instead.

The XRay XML Editor
This provides support for XML Schema and an integrated online XML tutorial system. It's a multi-window editor that, in real time, validates an XML document against a schema or DTD. It does many other things as well.
