The solutions to Assignment 6 (extra credit) are now available on Blackboard.
The contributions of the various components to your course grade as stated in the syllabus have been updated to reflect the fact that the second exam was shortened. An updated syllabus reflecting these changes is now available on Blackboard.
Assignment 6 is now available. This extra-credit assignment covers various topics covered toward the end on the semester. Try to have the solutions by the time of the review session at 1:00 on Wednesday. In any case, look over the problems so yo can discuss them.
The review will start at 1:00 on Wednesday, May 5. I can stay up to 3:00. Come to my office at 1:00 and we'll find an available room. When we find a room, we'll put a note on my office door saying where it is.
The final is comprehensive and is at 10:30-12:30 on Thursday, May 6 in our usual room
On Blackboard, under Assignments, there is a folder Solutions to Last Year's Assignments containing the solutions to the assignments from last year. The problems last year were similar (but not identical) to the problems being assigned this year, so these files are a good place to look when you need further examples of how to apply the various methods you are asked to apply in the assignments.
