This is the latest incarnation of the Mozilla browser. Many of the W3C DOM2 standards
discussed in the slides on the DOM don't work with IE6 but do with Firefox/Mozilla.

To install for Windows, you need Windows Installer 2.0+. You can download
this from the same page from which you download Perl.
You normaly would download the Windows MSI version of Perl. Do
not download the Beta release. Read the
(short) descriptions on the download page.
After you install Perl, look at the documentation in html\index.html relative
to the root of your Perl installation folder (probably C:\Perl).
Look especially at the firt entry (perl) under the heading Perl Core
Documentation in the window at the left of the page.

Get the Win32 binary (MSI Installer) for Apache 2.0.52 ("the best available version").
Don't worry about verifying the download unless you are going to use it commercially.
