Research Interests
Shelf-life extension of fresh produce using Bacteriophage and Hurdle technologies, evaluation of select plants for antimicrobial and anticarcinogenic activities, development of new methods to preserve the quality of fresh strawberries, and evaluation of biodegradable food packaging materials to extend the shelf life of produce.
