40-Year Reunion CD
N.C. A&T's national, award-winning Fellowship Gospel Choir gathered together former choir members and its current membership for a live recording on Sunday, April 26, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, during a 40-year reunion concert. Choir director Ron Jones said the 40-year reunion CD will be released during the 2009 Greatest Homecoming on Earth at the end of October. Institute for Advanced Journalism Studies Trip

BERLIN - N.C. A&T students Kelcie McCrae and Alexander Russell discuss African
land reform with a panel of former presidents from 10 African countries.
They are members of a delegation of four N.C. A&T students and the Institute for
Advanced Journalism Studies representing the university at this international
conference. The students are accompanied by IFAJS director DeWayne Wickham,
who arranged funding for the trip, and Political Science Professor James
Steele.

The two-day conference is being help in Germany in commemoration of the
125th anniversary of the Conference of Berlin, the 1884 gathering of
European countries at which much of Africa was divided up among the
participating nations.
