Electronic Newsletter Deadlines
The AGGIeNEWS electronic newsletter is produced by the North Carolina A&T State University Office of University Relations. It is disseminated to faculty, staff, students, and alumni on a biweekly basis except during the December winter holidays. Information received after the deadlines below may be considered for the next edition.

Below are deadlines for the AGGIeNEWS e-letter: • Jan. 16 for Jan. 23 • Jan. 30 for Feb. 6 • Feb. 13 for Feb. 20 • Feb. 27 for March 5 • March 12 for March 19 • March 26 for April 2 • April 9 for April 16 • April 23 for April 30 • May 7 for May 14 • May 21 for May 28 • June 4 for June 11 • June 18 for June 25

How to Submit Information for:

The Office of University Relations tries to ensure accuracy with information in the AGGIeNEWS e-letter but is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by faculty, staff, students, alumni and others. Incorrect information will not be reprinted unless the University Relations Office is at fault. The University Relations Office reserves the right not to publish questionable and substandard materials. All information must be submitted as Microsoft Word or text documents that do not contain cells or tables. Use the tab feature and not the space bar for indenting paragraphs and creating columns.
Please submit written materials via email. Information received after the deadline will be considered for the next edition.

Photos
Photographs may be submitted as prints or electronically in *.jpg or *.tif format. To ensure good quality reproductions from digital files, the resolution should be at least 300 dpi. All pictures should be an email attachment --- not embedded in Word document.

Congratulations to Coach Steven Davis, a former football player and graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, for leading Dudley High School's football team to victory as the Class 3-AA North Carolina High School Athletic Association champions! Dudley beat Charlotte Catholic 28-20 in the big championship game.
