Natalie J. Brown is a Market Development Manager in Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs. This is a high-profile leadership role for Bank of America in Charlotte and across the North Carolina franchise. Natalie will provide support for Charles Bowman as Charlotte Market President and for his role as North Carolina State President. She will engage the bank’s senior LOB leadership in Charlotte to develop a cross-functional strategy that integrates the bank’s community impact activities such as sponsorships, charitable grants, board representation, and local marketing. Her work will focus on developing partnerships with key community partners to advance the interests of customers, Charlotte and its neighborhoods, and Bank of America.

Previously, Natalie was a Senior Compliance Manger in Global Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and Operations, where she was responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Change Managers that drive, implement and control change and process improvement initiatives across the enterprise. In her prior role, she was the Compliance and Operational Risk Manager for Global Marketing providing subject matter expertise, compliance program management, leadership and solutions to drive key enterprise compliance and operational risk issues.

Natalie joined Bank of America in 2000 as a Sourcing Lead in Supply Chain Management, where she was responsible for negotiating contractual relationships for various departments, and was a Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives and Projects. Prior to joining Bank of America, Natalie has experience in Supply Chain/Procurement and Business Consulting for several companies such as Honda of America Manufacturing, Haworth, Inc., Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, and International Business Machines (IBM).

Natalie has served the Charlotte community as a volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Charlotte, A Child’s Place, Friends of A Child’s Place, Harding University High School Boys/Girls Track Team and Athletic Booster Club, Urban Financial Services Coalition. She is also serves as a board member of the A Child’s Place, Dress for Success, and the Southern Business Leadership Council. Natalie is active committee member of Bank of America’s Black Professionals Group and the Charlotte LEAD for Women Leadership Council.

A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She is married and has a 1 year old daughter.
