Trade and Industrial Education Undergraduate Program

The Trade and Industrial Education concentration prepares students for teaching certain Trade & Industrial Education courses in the public schools.

Trade & Industrial Education is a specific service area of vocational education or career and technical education that trains public school students for careers in trades like printing, drafting, construction, electricity and electronics, manufacturing, and services. 

Teaching salaries have become more competitive and offer valuable fring benefits such as 100% of the employee's retirement. Teaching
vocational education is a fun and rewarding career.

The following are specific Trade and Industrial Education courses. Additional policies pertain to the Trade and Industrial Education major. You must adhere to policies related to admission to the Teacher Education Program, admission to Student Teaching, and other policies administered by the School of Education if you are seeking a teaching license upon graduation.
