Undergraduate Concentration

The Technology Education concentration prepares NCA&TSU students for public school teaching or industry. In the public schools, technology education is the subject area that teaches students all about the world of technology and its influences on our modern society. What a wonderful way to prepare America's youth for the technological world of the future. Teaching jobs in technology education are so plentiful that it has been declared an area of critical teacher shortage by the United States Department of Education. Teaching salaries have become more competitive and offer valuable fring benefits such as 100% of the employee's retirement. Teaching technology education is a fun and rewarding career. Many majors go into industry after graduation and experience great success.
