From Highway 29 South (Reidsville):

Follow 29S into Greensboro. About 6 miles after you enter the city of Greensboro, you will reach the West Market Street/A&T University exit. Turn right on Market Street and follow it through three stoplights. (The second stoplight is Benbow Road, and the third is Laurel Street; these intersections are on the campus map below.) After the third stoplight, McNair Hall is the second building on your right.
