| For your security and the security of money you may have deposited to your AggieONEcard account(s), your photo is on your card. You, and only you, may use your card at various locations on campus to make purchases. All cards presented at point of sale terminals (such as in the Bookstore, C-Store, Aggie Sit-In, Williams Cafeteria, Parking, Health Services, etc.) by someone other than the cardholder will be confiscated and forwarded to the AggieONEcard Center. |

Adding value to your AggieONEcard
For the convenience of all incoming freshmen & transfer students, we will accept payments during all summer and spring orientation sessions. If you make a deposit during summer orientation, your account will be activated prior to your arrival to campus in August. During orientation you will be given a terms and conditions contract and a brochure which will explain what the AggieONEcard is about.
Students who will be residing on campus, will select a meal plan through the Housing Office when you apply for your dorm assignment. Once your bill has been validated by the Treasurer's Office, this information will be automatically downloaded to your card. Those students who will be requesting a Book Allowance during fall registration will be able to access those funds within 24-hours after the request was made with the Treasurer's Office.
You can now make deposits online.
We also accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Be sure to include the patrons name and social security number on all deposits.
