What is the Natural Resources Conservation Service Environmental Scholarship?

The Bioenvironmental Engineering (BEE) Program is pleased to offer the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Environmental Scholarship. Together, NRCS and BEE-A&T are committed to preparing a cadre of biosystems engineering graduates with strong environmental expertise.  BEE-A&T’s strength is the ability to train students who will implement technologies that solve various environmental problems.   Since 2000, NRCS has provided BEE-A&T with $70,000 of annual funding. Each year, $60,000 have been awarded to deserving students.  Each student will receive about $750 to $3000 a semester.  Funding renewal is incumbent on the student's performance and funding availability.
