There are many forms of arts known to man but none inspire and captivate him like the art of making love.  The art of making love is not a single art form but a collage of all art forms.  Yet, when considering the conventional bounds of what art is, the art of making love transcends them.  When you indulge in making love it is like hearing a song with no sound, seeing a painting with no colors or shapes, and eating food with no taste.  While these things may seem impossible think of the last time you made love and you will realize that all of these things are very possible.   There is one thing I should mention before I continue the are of making love does not start or end with sex.  In my humble opinion, sex it is a side affect of what happens when love is made on a regular basis.  Sex is what happens when you have made so much love that your words can no longer express the way you truly feel and it begins to over flow.  It is the culmination of the combining of the two minds, bodies, and the souls into new being complete in ever way and best of all no longer alone.  Unless all three are combined you can not say you have ever truly made love only lust, there is a difference but that is just my humble opinion.

 The Art of making love is easily one of the simple and most complex art forms ever created.  The primary reason for that is it encompasses all other traditional art forms and some other that you may have never considered.  Loves poetry consists of the sweet things that people say to each other the pet names, the late night conversations, and even the things we don't say when you just sit and gaze into each other eyes.  It's song is a never ending ballad with no hooks or melodies just two hearts beating as one for all time.  Loves painting are a myriad of colors and shapes swirled together in a stream of infinite design that can be seen be all, even the blind.  It is a gourmet meal that with a taste of the smallest morsel can cause people to lose there appetite, but once had one good meal of it they can never get enough.  The art of making love is a perfect play filled with drama, comedy, dance, and even some mime.  It is because making love is a combination of all of these art forms and many more that has made it such a complex and complete art form.  Yet, it is through this complexity that makes it so simple.  Love is one of those things that you do not have to have the greatest talent to be good at.  How many times has someone sung you a song that sound terrible, but because they sung it to you that song never sounded so good.   Another example is a letter that was written to you that was barely legible and filled with misspellings yet, because of who it was the most beautiful thing that you have ever read.  Who can forget the token of love that they created with their own hands that is ugly beyond belief but, because they made and put all they had into it, it is the best what ever it is you have ever seen.  The thing about making love that is hard for people to get a grasp on is that to be good at it you have to practice.  The art of making love is one that it is easy to become good at, but almost impossible to master.
 
  Finally, the question is what does sex have to do with making love.  Well, as I said before it is the highest point in making love.  To be perfectly honest sex is the last step in making love, unfortunately some people think it is the first.  When sex is the primary component in making love it is no long love merely lust.  It is because people forget that when you have sex you not only combine on a physical level, but on an emotional and mental level also, that turn the art of making love from a beautiful romance story into a dark tragedy.      Sex should be the end result of when you have made so much love with some one that you can no longer say or do anything that can come close to how you truly fell about them.  So the only way you let them know how much you truly love them is to let them inside of you and become one with them.  It is when you not only take off the clothes that hide your body, remove the barriers that hide your emotions, and let them into your deepest secrets giving them everything you can and will ever have.  This is the time when you give someone the most valuable thing that you were given, yourself.   At this point there should be nothing else to be said you have let someone into the most private part of your body and your life.

The most important thing about making love is that it most only be done after you have connected on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level or else it is not complete and when you are finished it will leave feeling empty.  It is truly the food with no taste that can fill you up, leave you starving wanting more, or be a lethal poison.  That is the primary reason why in my humble opinion that it is written in the bible that you should not have sex outside of marriage.  Because at this point in the relationship you have revealed everything that you have and you should not do that unless this is someone who will be with you forever.  That's also why so many people end up hurt because they have revealed so much of themselves to someone who did not really care about them in the first place.  Consequently, you end up feeling used and bitter because you have let some one know everything about you and they rejected you.  It is a two way street for men and women.  Because if you tell a man or a woman after having sex with them that it meant nothing to you, that is saying that they even after they have given you all they have to give, it is not enough to satisfy you and make you feel complete.  After this happens is when you typically get a brick through your windshield of your car or have someone hate you to the point where they can not stand the sight of you.  That is why you should only indulge in the art of making love with someone you truly care about because love is like fire.  If you use it right it can provide for all of you needs keeping you warm, safe, lighting your way and cleaning away any problems you have.  But if you misused it, love can burn up everything around you including your very soul.

 So you may ask how often should you indulge in creating a masterpiece of your own?   I say you should make love each day just to be on the safe side.  The thing about it is that you do not just make love with anybody but only with one special person.  Because, as ever one knows art is not as valuable when everyone has a copy or when the piece you have in not unique.  So go and make all the love you can while you can while you can because unlike other forms of art it values does not increase when the artist dies unfortunately loves value tends to decreases and fade away.  But, if you have never truly partaken in the art of making love before you should try it because once you have you will never want to stop making it even until death do you part.
