Welcome to the University Events Center

All University Departments and Student Organizations requesting use of campus facilities for event/meeting space are required to utilize our online scheduling process.

Click here to access the online scheduling system.  To submit a reservation request, click “my requests,” enter your login credentials, then complete the electronic form.

The University Events Center online scheduling process is used by North Carolina A&T State University Departments and registered Student Organizations ONLY. If you do not have a username and password, please contact us at 336-285-2580 for additional information.

Event requests must be submitted no less than TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS prior to any event date to ensure timely processing for confirmation of space.  

All persons/organizations planning events that require technical/logistical support must submit an online reservation, as well as complete an Event Requirements Form (ERF) no less than THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to a proposed event date.  

Please contact our office to inquire about facility rentals for non-university related events.
