Who May Present

Student and Faculty Scholars who have conducted research and presented their findings in poster or oral format are invited to make presentations.  All presenters must submit their ABSTRACTS for inclusion i the Program Proceedings with their name, faculty mentor, and institution via email.  If you desire your proposal to be printed inside of the program booklet you will need to submit your proposal no later than the DEADLINE OF  1/7/2014.

Poster Presentation Instructions:

  1. 3 ft x 4 ft Poster Template to be used as a guide in preparing your poster.  Please modify this using the colors, fonts, and styles that best suit your presentation!  
  2. Talking points to help you in preparing to talk with your judges and symposium attendees.

We believe this will be a valuable learning opportunity for you and other graduate students, faculty and administrators taking part in the event.  Clearly it is important to be able to talk about the important studies that you are doing and to demonstrate their relevance.  That's why we provide this opportunity year after year, for all of us to grow together!
