Dr. Laosebikan-Buggs provides overall direction and guidance to the Office of Student Activities. She supervises all professional student affairs staff within the office, as well as serving as the point person to the campus community related to issues on student life, co-curricular involvement and assessing and documenting student leader learning.

Shauna is a graduate of Saint Augustine’s College where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Additionally, Mrs. McNeil holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Buffalo. She is directly responsible for student organizations and can assist you with questions about how to start a new organization, how to effectively use OrgSync, or any other student organization related questions. She serves as the primary advisor to the Council of Presidents (COP) as well as the National Pan-Hellenic Council and Greek Letter Councils at A&T.

Tiffany is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Additionally, she holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She is directly responsible for campus programming, special projects, and serves as the campus coordinator for Honda Campus All-Star Challenge. Veronica was born and raised in the capital city of Richmond, Virginia, she is an Aggie two times over having also received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer Sciences in 2009 and working on the completion of her Master's degree in Adult Education. Currently, she serves as Advisor for the Student Government Association in the Office of Student Activities. Veronica is the former Historian for the SGA Bass Administration 2008-2009 and a Spring 2007 initiate into the Alpha Phi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Jordan Elliott is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University. Jordan is the executive assistant to Dr. Buggs and helps in executing the daily tasks and processes of the Office of Student Activities.

Ms. Humphrey relocated to Kernersville, North Carolina from Columbia, South Carolina where she worked at Benedict College as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement. In July 2005, she began working at NCA&T State University with the University Events Center as the office manager/scheduler. She is presently serves as our office manager and liaison for student workers. She also answers most of the incoming calls, greets visitors and students who are in need of assistance. Her other duties include working with budgets, purchases, office equipment and supplies. Ms. Humphrey is a graduate of Philadelphia Community College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Voorhees College in Denmark, South Carolina; she is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.

Ms. Knight has diligently served the Student Government Association Office for over 12 years. She is responsible for processing Student Government requisitions, contracts, travel, and etc. She is also responsible for reception, Student Government Officer Communications, scheduling meetings, filing, and various administrative duties.
Whitney Cobia-Krause - Graduate Assistant for Student Clubs and Organizations
Whitney Cobia-Krause is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She is now pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is the graduate assistant for the Council of Presidents (COP), this group supervises and advocates for student organizations.
Devon Starks - Graduate Assistant for the Student Government Association
Devon Starks was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Administration. Currently, he is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Devon works with the Student Government Association; this group consists of elected student officials who advocate on behalf of the entire student body.
Yolanda Graves - Graduate Assistant for Programming
Yolanda Graves is originally from Washington, DC but grew up in Greensboro, NC. She graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Mass Media Production and is pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. She assists with the Student University Activities Board (SUAB) on planning their various programs and events for the student body. She also works with the Honda Campus All-Star Challenge Team, a quizbowl tournament team specifically for Historically Black colleges and universities.
