Meet Diamond Womack, SGA Treasurer

Diamond Womack is a senior, Supply Chain Management and Marketing Student from Bowie, Maryland. Since Freshman year, she has been active throughout the lovely campus of North Carolina A&T. Womack is a member of The Honors Program, Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, and Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. She has been a mentor on her own time and through the Aggie Mentoring Program. She served as Miss Ladies of Excellence to provide the organization with various community service activities and served as Junior class Vice President where she thoroughly enjoyed being an advocate for her class’ needs. This school year, Womack is the Treasurer for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. While serving as SGA Treasurer, Diamond will do her best to ensure SGA is using funds appropriately while also increasing financial literacy amongst the students.

Womack knows that life is all about experiences and growth. Over the last two summers, she has completed internships at Rolls-Royce Corporation and The Boeing Company where she was able to take her skills learned in the classroom and apply them to impactful projects that helped meet business needs. Diamond also had the amazing opportunity to be a student delegate in Beijing, Hangzhou, and Shanghai, China for business and trade with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

Diamond Womack is dedicated to excellence, and understands that there is a purpose for everything that happens in life- whether good or bad. She strives to be a role model for young women and keep herself, her friends and her family happy. Womack maintains a joyful and optimistic life by staying true to her beliefs, allowing room for mistakes (often times laughing at them), and believing that “For with God, ALL things are possible.”

“Don’t tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the moon.”
