Leadership Awards
As another academic year comes to an end we look to recognize student leaders, organizations, and campus faculty and staff that made significant strides to better the university. The Golden Aggie Leadership Awards (GALA) serves as a unified campus recognition of individuals and groups for demonstrating excellence in leadership, scholarship and service. The Golden Aggie Leadership Awards (GALA) are sponsored by the Office of Student Activities in conjunction with Division of Student Affairs and scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 7pm in Harrison Auditorium.
In addition:
- Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Office of Student Activities, Memorial Student Union, Suite 218 by Monday, April 8th by 5:00pm for review.
- Individuals and organizations may be nominated for multiple awards.
- Individuals may nominate more than one person/organization in the same category
- Individuals making the nomination are not required to also submit a letter of recommendation
- Recommendations can be submitted electronically here.
- Nominations can be submitted on paper directly to the office or electronically here.
