How to Print Temporary Insurance Card

1. Go to the NC A&T Chartis web site.

2. Click the Student Login icon and sign in.

3. Click on the "Benefits" section at the upper section of the page.

4. Under the "Your Benefits" section, Click Print an ID Card

If you lost your permanent card, you can request a replacement by clicking the "Request a Replacement Card" option.
