The college years may be exciting and stressful. Counseling is an opportunity to discuss what is on your mind with a professionally trained person in a safe space. By participating in counseling, you may learn new ways of resolving personal concerns. Many students have issues with stress, self-confidence, relationships, career choices, depression, academics, grief, family, sexual identity, and decision-making.
Couples or relationship counseling is designed to address concerns between two people who are involved in an intimate relationship. Both persons need to be current NCAT students. Our therapists are available to provide couples counseling to students regardless of marital status or sexual/affectional orientation in a confidential and affirming environment.
