OCS REGISTRATION PROCESS

Students currently enrolled in a degree-granting program and graduates of the university can register with the OCS. 

Registration Process

Update or create a profile in AgglieLink - Profile includes the: personal, academic, privacy consent, and password sections. Opt into the text messages alert system to receive IMPORTANT announcements from OCS.

TO PARTICIPATE IN ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS AND APPLY TO  JOB POSTINGS

Develop and upload a resume into your AggieLink account - To ensure the best resume possible, use the resume templates available in AggieLink and/or visit the office to participate in a 10-minute walk-in resume critique prior-to uploading it to your account. Please bring a hard copy at the time of the review. Once uploaded to your account, it will automatically be approved.

OTHER RECOMMENDED ACTIONS

Attend an On-line Orientation - To access the orientation schedule and RSVP, log into www.ncat.edu/careerservices, then click Students > AggieLink > Calender > Events > Orientation. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Complete a Career Assessment - Newly admitted freshmen or transfer students are required to take a career assessment via MyPlan. However,assessments are open to all students. The code to take up to three free assessments is listed on the main page of AggieLink in the "News Feed" section. Go to www.ncat.edu/careerservices > Students > AggieLink. Afterwards, go to MyPlan at www.ncat.myplan.com > Assessment > New User. Enter the code when prompted.  

Complete InterviewStream - This is a web-based virtual mock interview practice tool. To access it go to http://ncat.interviewstream.com. First time users will need to enter their N.C. A&T email address and click forgot password to create an account. To ensure the best functionality, use the Internet browser FireFox or Google Chrome.
