Quick Logistical Overview

Location: N.C. A&T Memorial Student Union (Stallings Ballroom)

Date/Time: March 12, 2013 (student visitation is Noon - 3 p.m.)

Set-up Time: 10 - 11:00 a.m (in the circular drive in front of the Memorial Student Union)

Lunch: 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. (included in cost)

Break items: 1:30 -2:30 p.m. (included in cost)

Costs: $125 for one person (includes lunch, snack, registration, parking, booth set-up, campus-wide advertising and an authorized contact list of seniors). Each additional representative is $50 and the electrical fee is $25 (if a power source is needed).
