Vision

The Office of Student Affairs Assessment will create and sustain a culture of assessment through ongoing research and assessment efforts in the Division of Student Affairs, for continuous improvement in student success and engagement.

Mission

The mission of the Office of Student Affairs Assessment is to improve student learning and development by creating and sustaining a culture of assessment within the Division of Student Affairs. The Office of Student Affairs Assessment aims to work with staff and students as evidence is needed to make impactful decisions.  

Goals

  • The Office of Student Affairs Assessment will provide effective and efficient assessment services to assist with planning and decision-making for both staff, students, and student organizations. 
  • The Office of Student Affairs Assessment will provide educational opportunities to build capacity for student affairs assessment among staff, students, and student organizations. 
  • The Office of Student Affairs Assessment will contribute to student success in co-curricular experiences by sharing the story of departments with student affairs.
