The Office of Career Services (OCS) assists students as they plan their careers. Corporate recruiters come on campus to interview students for post-graduate employment, summer internships, cooperative education experiences, part-time employment, full-time positions. The OCS also conducts workshops designed to teach students skills critical to the career search process such as how to develop a resume, how to interview effectively, and how to dress for success. Career planning assistance is available to University alumni as well.

The University offers many activities for its students. Do you enjoy music? If so, you might want to join the award winning A&T State University Fellowship Gospel Choir or the Blue and Gold Marching Machine. Perhaps you are more interested in military service. If so, you might be interested in Army ROTC or Air Force ROTC. If you would like to put your leadership skills to work as you help to plan activities for the University, you might want to learn about the Student Government Association.
