Limited submission opportunities

Limited submission opportunities are funding opportunities from federal and state agencies and private foundations that restrict the number of applications that can be submitted from any particular institution.

Faculty members are responsible for checking the most current version of the sponsor’s program guidelines to verify limits.  Deadlines for internal competitions vary since each request for proposals (RFP) is unique.  Internal deadlines are scheduled to maximize the amount of time available for the selected applicant(s) to prepare a competitive proposal.

Please contact the Office of Research Services if you need assistance.
